At Caesar, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you are entitled to request a return or refund under the conditions below.

✅ Right of Withdrawal

  • According to EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

  • At Caesar, we extend this period to 30 days to ensure your complete satisfaction.

🔄 Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain goods are exempt from being returned, such as intimate or sanitary goods, health and personal care items, and gift cards.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, unless the product was defective or wrong.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

⚠️ Exceptions

We may refuse refunds in the following cases:
